There are many pockets of excellence here, from shopping malls, luxury accommodation, private game reserves to modern airports.
The recent past has been difficult, with Covid-19 still with us and our former president in jail. We trying to get things back on track.

International airlines are flying in an out of South Africa again.
This is great news!
Please note on arrival at OR Tambo International, all travelers are required to present a negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours before departure time. Passengers should expect to be screened upon arrival.
Anyone showing symptoms may have to undergo a COVID-19 test.
When in South Africa, visitors are asked to comply with any lockdown regulations that may be in place and are advised to adhere to public health announcements.
